Field Trips & Educational Outings: With our diverse fleet of shuttles, buses and motorcoaches, schools and school districts can arrange for safe, dependable, and comfortable transportation to and from field trips, museums, and other educational sites.

Athletics: Our vehicles are available to transport sports teams and student groups to football, baseball, basketball, swimming, cross country and all other sports activities. Our full-sized motorcoaches with undercarriage luggage bins offer the storage capacity for all the equipment and gear for your teams.

Camps & Retreats : From overnight camps to retreats, our diverse fleet of shuttles, buses and motorcoaches can take care of all your needs. With undercarriage luggage bins, our full-sized motorcoaches offer all the luggage storage you need for these overnight trips. Traveling light with just a carry-on then our shuttle buses offer the more economical option with the storage underneath the seats. Our shuttle buses are also ideal for those difficult to reach campsites with narrow access roads on which 45' buses and motorcoaches are not permitted.

College Exploration Tours: Over the past 19+ years, we have taken high school student groups to all major colleges and universities across the country. Our staff can work with you to create a customized schedule and itinerary to visit multiple schools and universities in one go.

Proms: Make the Prom experience for high school students a memorable event with Pronto managing the entire program. It is too important and unsafe to leave it to the students and parents to make the arrangements. We can work with the school administration and / or PTA to set up and manage the transportation for the entire group - including on-site support and managing the logistics with multiple operators. Whether your group needs a few or tens to scores of buses and motor coaches, we have the experience of procuring the vehicles and managing the operators and the drivers on Prom night.

Grad night: Grad night has become the rite of passage for high school students with a special overnight trip to Disneyland or other popular destinations. It's never too early to plan your grad night for the current year or next. Our staff is standing by to help you - school, school district and / or PTA - to set up, book and manage the grad night trips for you.
